However, a generation of science fiction and horror fans also remembers his work in the supernatural genre, notably the TV series Dark Shadows (1966), the series Kolchak: The Night Stalker (1974) and its pilot The Night Stalker (1972), Trilogy of Terror (1975) and Burnt Offerings (1976).
