According to the commentary on the 4th season CSI DVD, Erinn was called in to audition for a role on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (2000) and bore such a striking resemblance to the show's lead actress Jorja Fox that the directors called her back for a later episode where the resemblance was pivotal to the storyline.

Erinn and husband Jack Hayes (a construction supervisor) are the parents of two daughters: Maggie Hayes (born in 2008) and Lilah Grace Hayes (born on April 29, 2009).

Discovered by filmmaker David DeCoteau and cast in the film, Final Stab (2001).

Her scene on Two and a Half Men Season 8 Episode 5 had to have after primary photography editing to remove a symbol which CBS found objectionable.
