Left The Young and the Restless (1973) in 2003 after 13 years because she wasn't happy with her lack of storyline and because the producers tried to renegotiate her contract to get her to take a substantial cut in pay. Very soon after that, she joined One Life to Live (1968) in the recast role of Kelly Cramer and has openly expressed her delight with the show and the role.
