Erroneous claims of his death circulated the Internet between 2009 and 2010 (resulting in the deletion of his Wikipedia entry). These were ultimately refuted with the appearance of what is (to date) his only head shot and a credit in the infamously troubled David O. Russell comedy Accidental Love (2015).
