Born to parents of Serbian descent on both sides, Walter and Jelena Nogulich, Natalija has two siblings, Daniella and Christ.

Was going to play "X" in The X Files (1993) but, at the last minute, she was replaced by Steven Williams. Originally, the first scenes of the character were filmed with her but never aired.
