He is also a published, and produced playwright. He was Playwright-In-Residence at Buddies In Bad Times Theatre (Toronto), Tarragon Theatre (Toronto), and Factory Theatre (Toronto) Canada.
Salvatore is named after an older brother who passed away, before he
was born. He has an intricate tattoo on his left shoulder that honors
that brother. The tattoo has been featured on screen in numerous
appearances.
