Made a generous donation to the Little People of America, a non-profit organization that provides support and information to people of short stature and their families. His contribution is helping to get children with Dwarfism adopted from around the world.

Created a Non-Profit organization called CoDA (Coalition of Dwarf Advocates). To help Dwarfs with adoption and many other issues they face. Matthew Roloff has joined him, and they can be seen on TLC's Little People Big World in some of their doings.

Was a member of the Los Angeles Breakers, a professional Basketball and Soccer team comprised of Little People. They are the World's #2 top ranking Little Person Basketball and #4 ranked Soccer team.
