Started by former Navy Seal Dr. Ed Naggiar, the Resilience Program at the Bay County Jail aims to break the cycle of addiction and substance abuse related incarcerations. Through an 8 week course of classwork and physical training the program teaches the inmates the skills necessary to show strength and humility when faced with the chaos of life both behind bars and upon release. Long Walk From Darkness follows Class 004 as they attempt to apply these lessons and change their lives for the better.

Episode 1 of Whiskey and Wings follows wing aficionados Mike and Dr. G to the great city of New Orleans as they visit Seven-Three distilling and sample their award-winning spirits. After an interview with Head Distiller Erik Morningstar and General Manager Tristan Johnson, the two face off as they see who can make the best wings to pair.

Episode 2 of Whiskey and Wings follows wing aficionados Mike and Dr. G to Weeki Wachee, Florida as they search for NJoy Spirits Distillery deep in the Chassahowitzka Wildlife Management Area. Husband and Wife team Natalie Joy and Kevin Goff have built a wonderland on their 80 acres where they produce their award-winning spirits.

Episode 3 of Whiskey and Wings finds Mike and Dr. G in Chattanooga, TN. The two wing aficionados visit Chattanooga Whiskey Co. and meet with Co-Founder, Tim Piers, and Head Distiller, Grant McCraken as they tell the story of the company and their award-winning bourbons.
