This scene has been cut down to just under 7 minutes from a 20 minute featured segment on the TV show Super Bloopers and Practical Jokes starring Dick Clark and Ed McMahon. Here's the set up. First of all, I was given a ton of responsibility as an actor, comedian for this bit. I was allowed to completely improvise every word I said (there was no script, just a situation.) and I was the one who pretty much controlled the flow of the action for the whole scene by what I did. I had a lot of fun and COMPLETELY took over! Ha! As you will see. This elaborate hoax was set up in a phony private hospital. The goal was to gain some revenge, (done in a playful way of course. The victim was Dan Schneider. Dan starred as Dennis the hit TV series "Head of the Class". The accomplice who was out for revenge, was Dan Frishman, he co-starred as Arvid on the same show . Big Dan Schneider, was always playing pranks on Dan Frishman on and off the set and now it was little Dan's chance to get even. Dick Clark and Ed McMahon were the hosts of the show. Big Dan thought they stopping by to visit a fan in the hospital before going on to an important business meeting. Now everyone except Dan Schneider is in on the act and when the two Dan's show up, the girl who was supposed to be a big fan that they are visiting acts as if she doesn't know who big Dan Schneider is and asks him. Are you on the show too? and that's where I come in. Get ready for some real fun! Other actors in this scene are Dan Schneider as himself, Dan Frishman as himself, Joanna Steinberg as the patient as herself, Jan Devereaux as the nurse, John Lubero as the doctor and Cheryl Lawyer as the receptionist.
