The bomb scene was so overhyped it killed the rest of the movie for me.
Now I think of Nolan as a pretentious guy. Dude didn't want to use CGI and instead used whatever he used to make a real bomb. Such a dud. The impact of the movie was severely deflated by that weak showing of a atom bomb. I was so looking forward to feel the extreme feelings of seeing that bomb that the the movie was leading up to and it was so bad. Really so bad. Mushroom cloud, no ring, no devastation. The light wasn't that bright. Insane that a movie can be so hyped up over one scene and the scene was absolute crap.
Shame on Christopher Nolan. CGI would have been better.

This is a great dragon ball film. It's got substance and you truly don't know what's going to happen. For a dragon ball movie that's saying something, it's not supposed to have a big plot. Dragon Ball is power ups and energy blasts. This movie does WAY more than that. I'm not saying it had a deep story because it doesn't but it's not stupid and it kept my interest. One of the best dragon ball movies I've ever seen. I'd give it 10/10 if the story was more complex. But it set the future of dragon ball up so well, I'm so excited.
I was worried about where the story was going but by the end of season 5 I was like WHOA.
I can't wait for season 6. It's a little upsetting knowing it's ending after season 6 but I will be happy if they give it a proper good ending.
