Bhool Chuk Maaf has a fairly well-intentioned premise that's marred by the monotony of its leading man's overkill in the space as well as writer-director Karan Sharma's noisy, callow treatment. Bhool Chuk Maaf's actual ambitious turn starts just a few minutes before the interval and you can very easily miss the first half. It's only in the second half that the pace picks up and gets slightly exciting.
Rao brings sincerity and impeccable comic timing to his character. You do feel for this man who is waking up every day to do the same thing. Wamiqa Gabbi portrays her ditzy but daring character well.
Bhool Chuk Maaf belongs to the canon of Bareilly Ki Barfi and similar small-town comedies with a message, and can be savoured as a pleasant watch.

Featuring Mammootty, Azees Nedumangad, Rony David, and Shabareesh Varma, Kannur Squad revolves around a quartet of police officers tackling real-life cases from 2007 to 2017. Inspired by the actual Kannur Squad, formed to expedite case resolutions, the film delves into two specific cases, promising a narrative that balances realism and star power. Though the culprits are revealed at the beginning, the movie hooks the audience with its presentation, especially the process of nabbing the perpetrators.
Mammootty steals the show in Kannur Squad with his charismatic presence as George Martin. Besides him, Azees Nedumangad, Rony David, and Shabareesh Varma also played an important role in the film and without them, Kannur Squad is incomplete
The film strikes a balance between the expected and the unexpected, ensuring a captivating viewing experience.

A. R. Murugadoss, once known for delivering blockbusters, offers an outdated and uninspiring narrative. His direction lacks the energy needed to keep the audience engaged. The screenplay is dull and filled with disconnected scenes that disrupt the flow.
Salman appear even weaker an actor than he really is. Rashmika Mandanna plays his on-screen wife, but her role is minimal and gives her little scope to perform. Sharman Joshi, as Salman's sidekick, shocks you by agreeing to take up this small role. Sathyaraj's character feels underutilised, he keeps gritting his teeth as if he knows what could have been done with this material.
Sikandar is a poorly written and executed action drama. With a weak screenplay and an outdated storyline, this film is easily skippable.
