As a near death survivor myself and this documentary synopsis stating survivors would talk about their own experiences, I watched it expecting to see a least one person telling something like what I lived in my very own experience while being in a deep coma about 3 months.
However, all survivors only gives very superficial facts totally different of what I experienced myself while in coma and no one goes deep on what really is being "there".
I'm not religious and this documentary is made for catholic people enforce their faith, nothing interesting or relevant from the survivors.
I didn't saw any "bighting light", "Jesus" or my entire life in perspective as a film when I was entering in coma, as we always heard from people in movies or media content about near death, also from the survivors in this documentary, making all sound as religious fantasy.

I downloaded this movie expecting nothing more than a very regular one but it was incredible good
Looks like enormous influence by Robert Altman movies, those you can watch several times again cuz isn't boring a second and you fell yourself inside the story along the characters all the time
Takes many serious issues in a quite nice way, even the hard ones. Very touching, you fell the characters emotions
A movie you dont want to see ending, you would stay more hours on if its full length was such extent
All actress/actor perfect for their roles, even the secondary ones
cinematography and music score very great , you don't want stop music playing at final credits.

I just can't realize why one decides do a remake of a such good movie and one who decides put money into it
Also, i can't understand why netflix chose the remake to offer instead the original one which made history at its time
I'm mad because I saw my uncle watching it and though it was the original but then Andie Macdowell appears and I didn't found her in the original cast list
How a such great actress don't appears in the cast? Of course because it isn't the right movie, it is a crap remake you watching instead
it is sad how people think that just putting 2 big stars on a movie supposedly could make it good and how 2 big starts accept being part of it.
You can't take a movie with that great cast and replace like this, no one who watched the original will tolerate watching the new.
