2 min into the movie and they have copied exact scenes from the movie Act of valor common guys i know you steal songs and stuff but now you are copying scenes from a movie, expect more originals from sandalwood ? anyway overall good movie great acting nice plotline

After the much hype and being on the list of most anticipated movie for weeks on IMDb, Hebbuli released with a bang on target. The movie had created a buzz with its teaser and make over of Sudeep for this role. This movie is a classic-commercial hitting the right chords of all type of audience with classic emotions and high voltage action sequences. Sudeep in the role of para commando has nailed it and proved his versatility as an actor and he has carried the whole movie on his shoulder. The music and songs are apt for the movie and is composed well. The cinematography is excellent too especially the sequences in the Kashmir area and in the songs. The expectation was that the screenplay should have been much tighter for this revenge story. The performance from other lead roles are appreciable and Ravichandran delivers good. The production values look commendable for a Kannada movie. Verdict: 10 out of 10. Hebbuli strikes the chords of audience with a classic-commercial entertainer with Sudeep carrying the entire movie on his shoulders.

Hebbuli - the most anticipated movie in IMDb and all over Karnataka surely lives up to its expectation due to one and only Reason - Kichha Sudeep.... A revenge saga and a high intensity movie with a good message.. Stunning and Mind-boggling are few words of the words to describe Kichha Sudeep's act... Its his screen presence, and his portrayal as Major Ram as an Army Officer which makes this Mass as well as a class movie... The BGM by Arjun Janya is another major highlight of this movie... Its the combination of his BGM and Kichha Sudeep's attitude which creates Goosebumps throughout the movie... Crazy Star Ravi Chandran has once again shown why is he considered as charm of the Sandalwood and Amala Paul plays a good supporting role... Anil with a limited screen presence showed how his calibre was wasted by the negligent Maastigudi team... a proper planning could have saved his life and given Sandalwood a huge homegrown talent... Only negative part of this flick is poor comedy with a talent like Chikanna completely wasted and with dual Antagonists ... a powerful cast with Ravishankar and Ravi Kishan were partially wasted... Coming to the movie... the first half starts with Goosebumps with some kick-ass BGM and Kichha Sudeep's entry as a military officer rescuing a team of doctors held by the terrorists... A sudden of news of his brothers death the first half is all about finding the mystery behind this death.. Second Half is all about the revenge saga and this is where Kichha Sudeep has excelled and is at his very best.. except for a slightly poor screenplay in the 2nd Half, Kichha's act and his elegance will keep you glued to your seats ....with a small twist and an high intensity climax, this movie overall is an Mass and a Class movie... A must watch for all Kichha fans and surely a one time watch for the common audience...

Hebbuli a real commercial potboiler. Sudeep introduction through a surgical strike sequence is really superb. Every scene is rich, technically one of the best in Kannada cinema. Bgm n music is extraordinary. Story is good, Direction is excellent. All actors have performed well.

Went in to see the movie since IMDb ratings were quite high.

The main story had potential - with a nice initial suspense to it. However it was severely hampered with commercial additions - the lady, the comedian & songs. Movie went down a couple of notches whenever any of them appeared. Editing out those parts of the movie might have made it watchable.

What I liked about the movie : Good intensity by Sudeep, good background music & the suspense part of the story (initial 30 min or so).

Everything went downhill after that.

Sudeep is undoubtedly the one leading the pack, looking his most stylish yet till date and giving a performance that makes you want to root for him. Amala Paul had a cute role for her Kannada debut and she shares a good chemistry with Sudeep. The three main antagonists, Ravi Kishan, P Ravi Shankar and Kabir Duhan Singh, justify their casting and do a good job. Chikkanna's comedy track, which is funny take on Vishnuvardhan's Bandhana, is worth a mention too.

If you don't want the typical masala entertainment and are looking for something that moves beyond the staple big hero potboilers then this is for you. Hebbuli cleverly integrates an important issue, while still retaining massy elements. Go watch this one, it will not fail to entertain you.

Just a Mass drama for Sudeep sir's fan. I watch it on internet so didn't get the theatrical vibes for their so called "Slow-mo action sequences. Story is loosely based on Lord Bobby's film "Bardaasht".

I will give it 10 on 10 if someone answers my questions :

1. In which Army they allows a Soldier to keep this much of Big hair. 2. How can you openly shoot on a reputed Health Minister. 3. Story devils around a death of an IAS officer. 4th class fail "IAS" who don't have his documents, didn't even know his own birthdate. 4. Styling hairy Protagonist is a not only the Military Officer but seems a detective and Crime brance experts. 5. Even after a Post-mortem of an IAS officer, Renowned doctors fails to detect if anything is injected befor his suicide.

as all expected this movie is going to set record in KFI yes it is capable to set a record movie is really good but some more comedy elements needed visualisation is superb film is fully rich songs are also nice and movie has really good message i think we should think on the movie message once for our better future finally movie is pleasant to watch Kichha Sudeep's style n for his acting hats off

Just watched half of the movie. Not interesting at all. Cannot feel any sentiments at all. I dont feel sad wen the brother died..

Great acting by cast and kichcha is awesome as always,nice storyline filled with emotions and action....
