Million Dollar Zombie Flips

Nothing "reality" about this show. Houses are wrecked by the crew pre renovation to give them that zombie feel. It's a shame to see family homes and neighborhoods disrespected in this way -- simply to trick viewers into believing such homes actually exist in the Seattle area. A&E would not have to look very far to find better programming than this.

I've watched a lot of flipping shows over the years, but Million Dollar Zombie Flip feels the most real. So far, with just three episodes out, it's clear that James Dainard and his team actually know what they're doing-no fake drama, no over-the-top gimmicks, just the real challenges of flipping abandoned homes. These aren't your average fixer-uppers either-they're absolute wrecks, and seeing the transformation from unlivable to high-end is insane.

What I love most is how authentic it feels. You see the real stress of budgeting, surprise issues that pop up mid-reno, and the pressure to turn a profit. It's not just about making things look pretty-it's about smart investing and taking big risks. If you're into real estate or just love a good before-and-after, this one's definitely worth watching!

I have only heard of this show due to a pending shoot in our lovely neighborhood. The production crew trashed a home previously owned by an elderly neighbor to make it look like a typical meth house. The home is from the 60's and 70's like many homes in the neighborhood, but it didn't look out of place despite needing some paint and updates.

Now the home has broken windows, half torn down railings, missing siding, a smashed garage door, fake trash, yellow caution tape. That's only what we can see from the outside. It is a shameful and a tacky move by the producers of this show. It is an insult to the longstanding community member who either passed away or was placed in a care facility. Eventually when this show gets cut (it will), some home in the seattle area will be left as an eyesore due to their sensationalization. Do better!!!
