The web series Om Kali Jai Kali brilliantly showcases the Dasara Festival in Kulasekarapattinam, effectively connecting it to the historical bloody battle. The performances by Vimal and others are exceptionally well-matched and executed, with impressive makeup and set design that truly captures the essence of the Dasara devotees, creating a compelling viewing experience. Everything in this web series falls seamlessly into place - the music, the characters, the backstories, the plot twists. While the series deserves a wider audience reach, the advertising could have been more extensive to drive greater visibility.

A really good insight in TN culture, especially for the Northie watchers. A predictable, but great story. What I really liked about this series is how the villain looks like Villain and the heartbreaking love story of main charater (can't remember his name). The set up of Dushera is also a notable plus point with all its vibrancy and cultural significance on complete display and of course, village community bonding is also fantastic to add. Overall, a good short web-series. Retro movie watchers would totally enjoy the graphics and story-line. Kudos to the director and all the characters for this mesmerizing show of TN culture.
