I just watched Aarpar, and it made me feel nice. It's been a long time since I enjoyed a Marathi movie. Lalit and Hruta were the best.

I smiled, I laughed, I was surprised, and I felt sad for Prachi (Hruta) when the cat died. The way she acted in that moment, and how she felt she needed to meet Amar (Lalit), was beautiful.

Marathi cinema needs such bold yet relatable movies.

Went to watch Aarpar mainly as a fan of Hruta and Lalit... but came out being a total fan of Gaurav Patki's writing!

The movie is directed beautifully - simple yet powerful. The acting? On point! The casting? Perfectly done! But the real magic lies in its storytelling - so smooth, so real, it honestly feels like you're watching someone's actual life.

The conversations between the couple, the way their bond fades over time, the small fights, the unsaid emotions... sagla itka real ani relatable vaatata ki aajchya generation madhlya couples na nakkich aapla reflection disel.

Right from the start till the end, the film keeps sending out small but strong messages about love and relationships. The songs are also nice - emotional yet catchy - and totally fit the mood.

In short, Aarpar gives you that old Marathi movie feel with a today's touch - simple, emotional, and super relatable.

The way the characters carried the whole movie is something so fresh. Hruta and Laith has done a wonderful job. Great direction and a fresh story telling in Marathi cinema is so beautiful to watch. Great teamwork right from the screenplay to the music to direction, great watch. Special mention to the sound engineer as well good job there too. Well done team.
