I absolutely love this series. The real/raw storytelling draws viewers into this world. I'm not from NYC, but the backdrop of the city, the dialogue (which feels authentic and genuine, not forced), the characters (which feel like people you know) made me feel like I was there.
Not to mention, the stories are relatable. No matter your sexuality, the stories of love, loss, grief, happiness and friendship can be felt by all.
The cinematography is great too! There's a grittiness to the filming style that grabs your attention and don't let it go!
The thing I enjoyed most about the series thus far is it doesn't rely on sex to sell/drive the story.
Overall, it's a great series and I can't wait to see what's next!!!

I just LOVE this show. In only 2 episodes, it has captured the essence of NYC perfectly. This show will be life-changing and actually probably, life-SAVING, for queer youth specifically those living in here in NYC. There is nothing like seeing a representation of you on the screen and the representation that is displayed in this show is just unreal. Mind you, it is only 2 episodes so far and you feel such an intense connection to the characters already. Real characters, real stories. The production is wonderful!! Great camera quality and really fun settings. I cannot wait to finish the rest of the season!
