The patients are su to be playing themselves, same for the doctors. This is fake because I looked a lot of them up. ALL of casts are actors, why lie and say these are the real people. This series is so stupid let's just say it's not even in reality tvform. Bad acting, silly stories seems like something kids put together.
This show has promise but the editing is not good. I could only get through one episode. 3 stories in one episode where each storyline is dragged out way too goddamn long. I found myself agitated and saying "come on just get to the point already." The first time they did it it's like "ok cool, I'm at the edge of my seat." But then they do it 4 more times after that and I just got mad and lost interest, finding the people in the situations annoying when it's of no fault of their own, it's the editing!
I noticed some of the reviews here addressed to repetitive nature of the flashbacks in the episodes. However if you get up to grab a beer or go potty or wash a couple dishes you won't miss a thing!
The content is acceptable, throw-away entertainment.
However, it was either edited by a child, or somebody trying to be clever. Each episode usually has 3 separate stories. Unfortunately, somebody thought it'd be a great idea to have a maximum of 2-3 minutes per story before switching over to a different story. It'd then chop back to the original, and then back to one of the others. There was nothing fluid or consistent with it. It becomes irritating and frustrating trying to follow each story. Additionally, there are too many repeats of what just happened.
If they just split each story into two halves it'd be much better and less frustrating.
I've watched 2 episodes, got annoyed, now I've deleted the series link and won't be watching any more. Which is a shame, because it could otherwise have be a good show and been scored 6+.

I really got a kick out of watching the first three episodes. It was funny, shocking and embarrassing and the segments were actually real but for TV they are re-enacted versions of what really took place. I'm all okay with that. My only criticism is the editing of the show itself. Why? Two reasons: 1. It makes the show hard to follow and 2: They do too much repeating of what we already saw. For example, when I watch one show, they do a lot of jumping back and forth between segments, they have about 3 or 4 ER segments to fill the one hour show.
One of the things that drives me crazy is that they keep replaying a lot of what was already saw which is a horrible waste of time. Each 1 hour alloted show runs about 41 minutes so when you factor in all the replaying that goes on, that cuts the show down to something like 39 or 38 minutes, which is crazy. For that reason, I'm knocking off 2 stars.
My suggestion would be for them to complete one segment of the show before moving on to the next one. Doing it that way would make it much more easier to follow the show than the way they're doing it now.
