Camp Blood: Clown Shark

I watched Camp Blood 8 mainly because it was a fetish film disguised as a horror flick. The pandemic should have destroyed this series and the associated production company, but unfortunately like a steaming pile of fecal matter, apparently these things keep getting made.

In the span of a year, we get three Camp Blood films. One of them is even animated?! Clown Shark is the inevitable chapter when you need some new blood in the series. I mean, in a world where Quija Shark, Sand Shark, Zombie Shark and Ice Shark exist, why not Clown Shark? I will say the the superimposed clown mask is magical.

Anyway, what is this movie about? Heck if I know. I guess a clairvoyant woman supposedly kills the famed Camp Blood murderer and instead of dying, the spirit of the murderer continues on. Amidst weird flashbacks and other misdirections, this is just a horribly acted slop fest.

I will say this...it's far better than the previous chapter. While Dennis Devine sought to make a personal wank video (which is his entire filmography) at least Jeff Kirkendall wanted to make a movie, albeit a poorly budgeted one.

My last complaint. For a movie called Clown Shark, we didn't get enough scenes of the shark killing people.
