This is undoubtedly one of the finest conclusions ever crafted in neo-noir series within Iran, elevating the work to a truly universal and timeless stature. I take immense pride in the presence of talented and capable youth in our nation. I'm a serious fan of criminal and mystery series and I have watched nearly every american/english series in this genre, and even some korean ones. So if I say this series was really good, I have already compared it to many other famous series.

First of all, you should know that this is an adaptation of a book named "the couple next door". At the begining of every episode, one character is introduced and meaning of life is explained through their pov; Which is really interesting and you see how different they are.

The series has tried its best to use the european elements of the story. The houses, the police station and even the raining part. So I think if anybody has read the book, will enjoy the series very much.

The acting was really amazing. Alireza Kamali , Saber Abar and Sara Bahrami were all amazing.

The soundtrack was also very great. I really enjoyed it. Pity that iranian composers don't give out an official soundtrack album.

I saw people complaining about the pace of the story. Well, I think it had just tried to be honest to the storytelling of the book.

And 11 episodes is not that many to complain about. What do you expect from a criminal series? To solve the mysteries in the first episode?

All in all, in my opinion, iranians have become better in criminal series and this one was a huge improvement and I can even compare it to some good foreign series and still appreciate it.
