Being a fan of Pamela Sutch I rented this a while back on Amazon and was not disappointed. While it's not your typical indie horror/suspense film given its underlying primary plot, but the film's race against the clock and countdown pacing amps up the tension nicely. The movie's pacing is one of its stronger points.

The movie also does a good job of working within its budgetary confines way better than most indie films. Also the casting is pretty spot on with no distractions and the leading ladies are to be commended for sure. Would like to see this duo of leading ladies return in another project for sure. The effects and the music are also on par or better than similarly budgeted films.

My only critique would be possibly adding a touch more of backstory, but that is a very minor critique.

Overall it's a fun watch especially for indie film lovers.

Soul Traveler blends elements of horror, science fiction, and humor. I thought it was thought-provoking and interesting. I thoroughly enjoyed the special effects. Nicely done! Obviously, a very budget movie, but carries creative and unique elements that are not cliché to this niche. It stands on its own and is outside of the box compared to other movies of this sort. Pamela Sutch has a fan base for her comedic and horror elements throughout the years and this movie takes it to another level as it has philosophical thinking as well. It's a good watch if you're into these type of movies and had me laughing at some parts.

This film is a decent production that offers an entertaining mix of humor and horror. The premise-following a spirit that jumps between bodies, inhabiting each for six weeks-is creative and engaging, even if the execution sometimes feels a bit rough around the edges.

The balance of humor and horror works well, adding a playful twist to the otherwise eerie storyline. While the budget limitations are evident, the movie compensates with its effects, quirky charm, and some genuinely fun moments.

It's not groundbreaking, but it's a solid effort film. If you go in with easy-going expectations and an appreciation for indie horror-comedy, it's a fun watch. A good pick for a casual movie night.
