Based on a Japanese web novel series written by Hanyuu. Hanyuu began penning the action fantasy story as a web novel on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in May 2020. Matsukoto began drawing the manga adaptation in Suiyoubi no Sirius magazine in July 2021. Kodansha published the sixth volume on June 7, 2024.
The original web novel received a light novel adaptation by Hanyuu, featuring illustrations by Yasutaka Isekawa, was published on Kodansha's K Ranobe Books imprint in May 2022.
