Edgy with heart

Got sent a copy of Saint Nick to check out and I was pleasantly surprised. For an indie feature it used its budget pretty well. It had some edgy comedy but mainly with a little bit of curse words- this is no Bad Santa - a mix between hallmark and maybe something in the 90s? Planes, Trains, Automiblies? Something like that. It follows Nixk who has to babysit his nephew Trevor while his Mom has to go to a work meeting in Hawaii. Chaos ensues as Nick tries to deal with his past Xmas issues, his ex gf and Trevor's Christmas needs. Again for an indie Christmas movie I really enjoyed it. Is it a true 9 no, but I like to give a few extra stars for movies that do the most with little. Justin kept the direction moving and the pacing never struggled. Alex in his first role did great and kept up with the comedy. Fun cast with some familiar faces.

This is literally the worst movie I have ever seen

Who would rate it 9 or 10? Relatives of the filming crew? It's so bad I could barely resist from puking, sorry. Bad acting, bad directing, bad casting (well probably they didn't have much choice but to cast their friends and relatives), trashy script, miserable dialogues. Camera man was either drunk or just very very sick. Please don't watch this if hou value your life time. I hope it gets the ratings it deserves. People just need to know to stay away from this trash. But hey, if it belonged to trash genre I would understand but no, it's just a "movie" that was so unprofessionally made it doesn't even make you laugh or smile. Just curse.

Your new favorite holiday comedy

Very funny, "non-hallmark " little edgy comedy movie. If your looking to laugh check out Saint Nick on amazon prime. Love the chemistry and dynamic between Uncle Nick and Trevor. And almost everyone can relate to having one friend or relative like Uncle Nick. Very funny series of unconventional shanningans mixed in with some comedy. Also loved the message of family and love and holiday spirit in this movie This is a movie you can watch anytime if you need a good laugh. The entire cast does a great job. The entire cast is very funny. Definetly has a little comedy edginess. Add this to your list of must watch holiday movies.
