Don't know why critics and reviewers hate Arshad Warsi

OK, the movie is not that great. But then, which Bollywood comic caper is? The Legend of Micheal Mishra has a few good laughs, and a good story, and a stand up performance from Arshad Warsi and Boman Irani, and genuinely ties up all the loose ends by the climax. Catch it in home video if you can. You will not regret it.

This movie is entirely based on the jealousy felt against the talent of people of Bihar who are truly most talented people in all over the country.
