Trouble Man

Interesting story line but messy acting. If you are gonna use greenscreen please make it not so noticeable (Loni tied to the chair at the rooftop). Felt like I was watching some bootleg movie. Looks like a throwback movie from back in the day...lol. Even Shaft 1 was better than this.

Otherwise, I enjoyed the story line, Michael Jai White fight scenes and glad to see Method Man.

Just take this movie for full value no hidden messages no lies action pure as it used to be with soul.

Don't judge this movie when you thought Barbie was a great movie. (It wasn't). A real action movie with story akd a method(man).

Unless Ur bon before the 80s and really got what movies should be don't judge.

This was a watchable film because it's in the category of "A LOW DOWN DIRTY SHAME", "I'M GON GET YOU SUCKA" and "HOLLYWOOD SHUFFLE" which those movies i enjoyed! Action and comedy rolled into one with a strong comparison with the other 3 movies i mentioned. Not to mention the Kung Fu was decent!!!!!

The 2025 movie "Trouble Man" was one I had never heard about. But since I believe in giving all movies that I haven't already seen a fair chance, of course I opted to see it. And the fact that the movie had Michael Jai White in the leading role certainly served as some icing on the cake.

The storyline in "Trouble Man" is pretty straightforward. Sure, a bit formulaic and really nothing you haven't seen in other movies before, but it still proved to be an entertaining movie. So writer Michael Stradford managed to put together a good enough script and storyline.

There were a couple of familiar faces on the cast list, aside from leading actor Michael Jai White then I also recognized Mike Epps and Orlando Jones. The acting performances in the movie were good.

There is a good amount of action in the movie, which definitely adds to the overall enjoyment of the movie.

My rating of director Michael Jai White's 2025 movie "Trouble Man" lands on a six out of ten stars.

Ok, I have much respect for Michael Jai White and I've seen most of the movies he acts in.

This one is obvious that is very low budget. Acting is not good, fighting choreographies are well designed, but effects and direction are bad.

Script is so very cliche, you've seen variations of this movie before hundreds of times.

I'll be brutally honest, I've seen better green screen and effects from youtubers with zero budget.
