Beyond Cliche

This movie took a different turn than what I had expected. While I may not agree with the acting and length most especially, it did carry a great message of the unity in family and the love of Christ, having been born into this world in the form of man to save mankind. Loved the readings from the book of John too.

Had concerns about the scene where water was splashed on Steph on his way to Natasha, it seemed too artificial.

Loved the portrayal of an ideal family using their family as a replica and the love of Christmas too.

The songs sang in the movie were beautiful too; loved the rendition of "O Holy Night" by Steph. It was my favorite.

Overall, though the movie wasn't lengthy, it was just an okay watch.

Great Christmas movie

This movie was a lot of fun. It is not a tipical Christmas movie. The plot is simple but it is bringing a refreshing view of what Christmas is about. A genuine love affair.

The combination and choices of music, gives us a unique experience.

The young actors are very touching and their acting is well executed. Love is definitely the pinacle of the whole movie premise.

The only down side about the film, it is leaving us with wanting more. More of the story, more of the actors and more of the songs. It is definitely too short. I love the singing. Beautiful voices.

Will there be a sequel next year?

I'm now ready to celebrate Christmas. Way to go!!!
