Avis à la une
The only reason I'm leaving this review is to counter the other, completely false, deceitful, alleged 'reviews' that describe this horribly poor, badly-made film as 'riveting, edge-of-your-seat' etc... honestly, if you want to watch it from a perverse sense of associated morbid fascination-go ahead. It's that bad you may enjoy it for that reason... but that'll be it! Script is so inane, acting consequently awful, plot dismal... honestly, this has all motivated me to help you not waste 92 mins of your life. Now... make your own choice. Oh-I've to write another 60 characters... I'll check back on responses to MY review and look forward to your comments, folks.
I always check the reviews when I start a movie and with all the HIGH 9 reviews, I thought I was really in for a thriller treat. No such luck - This is the worst acting I've seen!
This is my first review and I feel terrible that it has to be so negative.
The actress who played MILES' wife and practically all the other female characters made me cringe.
UNCLE LEROY was the best actor on the set.
And all the voices sounded dubbed, which made no sense. If you wanted black voices, why not just use black actors?
It was truly hard to focus on the story because the acting was so horrible.
I don't want to keep repeating how bad it is but you have to use 500 characters.
The acting Sucks! Someone has to have paid for those "9/10" reviews.

My honest critique. Overall, this is a good revenge tale filmed without a lot if contrast which gives this movie that Lifetime movie feel. Good pacing. The lead actor was good, acting wise, as well as the antagonist. Good way to keep obstacles in front of him. I thought he played out those tense moments throughout the movie well. Very good scene where he had to make a tough decision when it came to his best friend at work. The pacing was good and I could also feel the main character's tough decision that he had to make in that scene. I thought that the acting from the supporting cast could have been stronger and more believable. However, the ending was good without any loose ends. Good Job.
"Fated" is a gripping thriller that keeps you on the edge of your seat from start to finish. Writer and Director Yohance Brinson masterfully weaves a tale of suspense and intrigue, drawing viewers into a world where the line between reality and nightmare blurs.
Larry Lowe delivers a stellar performance as Miles Carter, the protagonist whose life is turned upside down by a series of mysterious threats. Lowe's portrayal captures the emotional turmoil of a man caught in a desperate struggle to protect his loved ones while unraveling the truth behind the sinister messages.
What makes "Fated" truly captivating is its relentless pace and unpredictable twists. Just when you think you have it all figured out, the story takes a sharp turn, keeping you guessing until the very end. Brinson's skillful storytelling keeps the audience engaged and invested in Miles' journey, rooting for him every step of the way.
The film is not only a thrilling mystery but also a thought-provoking exploration of human nature and the lengths we will go to protect those we care about. As Miles races against time to uncover the identity of his tormentor, he confronts his own fears and vulnerabilities, ultimately emerging stronger and more determined than ever.
With its compelling storyline, standout performances, and expert direction, "Fated" is a must-see for fans of the genre. It's a testament to the power of cinema to entertain, thrill, and leave a lasting impact long after the credits roll. Don't miss this unforgettable cinematic experience.

I just finished watching this awesome thriller and enjoyed the storytelling from beginning to end so much. The main actor did such an incredible, believable job that I'm surprised I haven't seen him in more things. There was a level of mystery that was engaging and intriguing and kept me very curious all the way to the end. I thought the pacing was good too, I never felt bored, and felt the suspense. My only critique is that although there were other strong actors in this film, like the lady with mental health issues, some of the acting performances left more to be desired, but I think the story and writing is so strong it doesn't really take away from enjoying the film. I highly recommend this film to anyone who enjoys a solid suspenseful, mysterious thriller.
