This is a pretty watchable series - but not all that enjoyable and if you miss it all together - you won't regret much at all !
This could have been made atleast one episode shorter - also some of the scripts could have been tweaked - but as it stands it is still a watchable series ( not really binge worthy, but good enough for a lazy watch in the afternoon).
You might skip through many scenes ( especially in the middle part - where the editor/director really have not done a good job - with lot of fluff and repetition) - but the climax being a realistic and rooted one did some cover up to this.
Final verdict - watch if bored - you are missing anything if you choose to give this a miss as well.

If you are into Feel Good Romantic Dramas this one might be for you. I liked the idea of parallel construction of own house and love life and how both are important to protagonist amid all the crisis he face. No unnecessary melodramas and almost realistic story telling made this crisp series a good watch. Gouri Kishan, Neeraj Madhav Played their lead part well but Aju Varghese as Pappan is show stealer. Anand Manmadhan & Ann Saleem were notable in the supporting role. You will start watching for Neeraj's love story but end up liking Aju's love story More.

Love Under Construction is a light-hearted, breezy show that is easy to watch and doesn't demand much from the viewer. It neither bores you completely nor does it fully captivate you. The problems the characters face are real, relatable, and stem from everyday situations-but at the same time, they don't feel entirely unsolvable.
The lead pair, Neeraj and Gouri, bring a certain freshness to the screen, making their dynamic enjoyable to watch. The supporting actors, especially those playing the parents, play a notable role, and Aju Varghese brings humor and warmth to the story. The first episode is engaging, but after that, the quality dips noticeably.
One of the biggest issues I have with the show is its dialogues-they don't always match the personalities of the characters saying them. The same person who sounded mature and sensible in the beginning suddenly starts speaking in an immature and unrealistic way later on. Some situations feel forced, and the show doesn't do a great job of justifying why the characters had no other choice in those moments.
Despite its flaws, it's still a simple and comforting watch. If this were a movie, it would probably be a flop. But as a short, six-episode series, it works well enough for a casual weekend binge. Don't overthink it, don't expect too much, and you might just enjoy it.

Love under construction tells the story of vinod(neeraj madhav), an expatriate in Dubai. He is constructing a house in Kerala for his parents. He falls in love with a girl gouri(gouri kishan). Vinod's happy go lucky life changes when he is fired from his job. Gouri advises him to migrate to Canada together. Vinod and gouri return to Kerala. Rest of the show is how vinod completes his house construction and marry gouri.
The show is a very easy watch. There is no dull moments at all. Neeraj madhav gave a cool performance as vinod. Another best performance was aju varghese as pappan. His track was also good. It contains six episodes each being 30 minutes short. Sometimes you feel it could have been a movie itself instead of web series.

A modern day family struggle of an NRI young bachelor brought out through subtle humour in a capsule format.
The story revolves around the struggles of a bachelor who is trying to balance between the long time cherished dream of building a home and relationship with his girlfriend and the chaos that develops in the meantime forms the storyline.
Vishnu G Raghav's effort in pulling off this movie with a strong and sensible screenplay cherishing the old house customs and tales of Baby boomer & Gen X parents with the latest trends and ideologies of Millennials is portrayed splendidly on screens through ideal dialogues and humorous situations. The movie brushes up through relevant topics like relationships, brotherhood, family drama, romance, parent child traumas, societal expectations through light sarcasm in the story. The first 4 episodes went like a breeze while the final episodes lost traction in between but managed to keep the audience entertained. The brilliance of this screenplay is that this can be well resonated by any common Malayali anywhere in the world.
Hats off to the filmmakers for the spectacular casting in the web series giving avenues for elevating their performances. Subtle delivery by Neeraj Madhav shouldering the struggles, insecurities and responsibilities of a young bachelor of a middle class family incredibly. Aju Varghese is the show stealer with versatile performance has effortlessly portrayed the character arc variations followed by Anand Manmadhan with impeccable delivery and his choice of selection is worth mentioning. Impressive performances by Gouri,Ann Jameela,Ganga Meera,Kiran Peethambaran,Thushara,Thankamani Mohan,Saheer Mohammed & Manjushree.
Kudos to Ajay David for capturing the humorous tale brilliantly & Arju Benn for sewing the sequences togethor with Gopi Sundar's BGM's blending with the humorous situations.
An entertaining family drama with strong performances and robust screenplay worth binge watching.
