The first encounter with death and grieving with it throughout a life.

For a person as full of life and love as an infant can be, coming face to face with something like death changes you forever.

This film is moving and it is also one that the audience can easily relate to regardless of age, because yes, although it is to marvel at all the stages of Valentina in her grief, this could also be the grief of an adult which has lost a loved one.

Valentina or serenity at first moves you with the naivety of the little girl, as the film develops the viewer begins to realize how significant the loss is for the character, and the more the danger for Valentina grows, now due to her denial , is when it is understood that grief must be understood, lived and accepted.

Without a doubt the performances are the best, the theme of the film and its treatment is typical of one of the main human concerns and therefore always worthy of being portrayed in a film like this, Valentina or serenity.
