I saw a recommendation on Y*uTube... only 8 episodes long, new faces with wedding concept for queer people.... hmmn... but wait MAME again. I avoided watching it all this while but then video clips of the leads convinced me to grace it. I know your doubts. Will the lead characters always be in a sinister mood for smut? No.

Is it a monotonous college love story? No.

Would there be yet another sexually assaulted sympathetic character who needs healing? No.

Does it go down the stereotypic 'submissive Omega protected by the dominant Seme' trope? No.

Is the screenplay praise worthy at all? No..(lolen) I mean yes, it is.

I didn't realize how significant the type and time of lighting could be for enhancing the ambience until i witnessed intimate scenes between leads. Styling and Makeup team need a pay raise. Forest green is not an easy color to conquer but Sunny carried it elegantly well. Wake skating was a fresh depiction of charm, adding to Sunny's magnetic aura. I appreciate equal focus on the Gl perspective while requesting more intensity to their backstory. The entire length was hilarious and appealing without unnecessary fillers which is a good start for debutants. Their rapport on screen was free flowing, apt to their character names. I would insist you to binge this with friends over a weekend. You could catch a glimpse of your favorite Fort-Peat and Boss-Noeul.

Funny, Cute, Adorable, Meaningful, Light, Clean.

This series is one of the best BL series out of the 60 odd series that I have watched so far. So I was really surprised to see that it has a rating of 6.9 only on IMDb, and decided to create an account to write this review.

So what makes this series so good?

Romance: You can actually feel that the characters love and care for each other. There are many moments that make your heart flutter and many that make you feel shy.

Humor: The humor is clean, natural, delightful and abundant. No toxicity. No negativity.

Story: The story is simple, consistent and connected, with some element of surprise. The main characters are honest, sincere, grounded and mature. They know the usual attitude that people have towards same-sex relationships, and instead of fighting them, they find rather creative ways of doing what needs to be done.

I found it so good that I ended up watching it twice. I hope you enjoy it too.
