Clearly an anti-war animated short, this film carries a deeply depressing tone. We see elderly people who have endured countless wars in and around Korea, many suffering from PTSD and haunted by the horrors they lived through. Meanwhile, society around them moves forward into modernity and prosperity-but the people remain prisoners of other pressures, making them not so different from those who directly witnessed the wars.

The story is told through the eyes of a young man assigned to work in a nursing home. The drawing style, combined with a minimal and dark color palette, reinforces the heavy, somber atmosphere.
