The show and the story was good but show made an early final. Main reason was the scriptwriter as she dragged the events too much and delayed the real story (marriage and woman lead becoming stepmother). It was a pity as if the main story would have been entered sooner we could have watch the main leads in a unified story and side characters could connect with this. Its a pity as main leads were really good (Hazal in the role of "villain", and Kutsi - an amazing performance in 1st episode when he had a good script written on him-. Even for those, main characters were not shown according to summmary (main lead Farouk presented as week and naive and no really detailed background of Serap was shown to really undertand reasons of her actions and sympathise more with her).
Everything is so well directed! The script is amazing! It goes at its own pace and isn't overwhelming us with information or dragging out scenes. New things unfold and the intricate personalities of the characters aren't spontaneously changing, you can see their character development and change throughout the episodes. Brilliant scenery and it's the concept of a "step mom" wanting to come into the family for riches but the main lead isn't cruel and vindictive, she's manipulative but does still cares for their well being. The side past love interest who isn't a impulsive idiot but actually uses common sense. Same goes for all the main leads. The kids do an amazing job acting! Props to the whole team for coming into their characters. Love the show, can't wait for ep 8. Must watch everyone.
8/14: now that the show has ended I feel they could have gone a different route and included more scenes. Unnecessary scenes were included but I guess somewhat added to the tension. Ending was abrupt and missing a lot of the amazing elements the show started with. Hope there's a season 2 to continue other character's stories.

Direction and Script, unacceptable. Colorless, odorless, I cry for the time I spent on it. The well-known and good actors in other series, are wasted here. The musical investment unrelated to the object. The protagonist's clothes in the last episodes were a jumpsuit in various colors and she even wore it as a wedding dress. Serap's relationship with Jem is unclear until the end. His obsession with her is unjustified. I only watched it to the end because I don't like to leave things in the middle. I hope to save some people from wasting the time I wasted. You will remember me from the very second episode.
