Aren't You Going to Become A Hashira?

The backstory of Genya was the highlight og thr episode! While not as long it still serves its purpose by giving us a tragic and emotional backstory that explains Genya's backstory! In a lot of ways it reminded me of Tanjiros backstory, but a little bit darker!

The action and animation was amazing as always! Though not as groundbreakimg as last weeks, it was still fun and enjoyable to watch! The episode also provides more knowledge about Upper Moon 4 and how complex he might be in terms of defeating him!

The episode also had its fair share of shocking moments to keep you invested from beginning to end!

Aside from the amazing animation, visuals and action, there was one moment that really got me emotionally invested. It was Genya's backstory, which was simple, yet so tragic and emotional that really got me rooted for the character at the end.

But another surprising thing was that it was the first episode where I cried for the first time. I cried because Genya's emotions were so relatable. I cried because he never surpassed his older brother in terms of becoming a Hashira. I cried because he had such low self-esteem and confidence in himself.

After watching this episode, I care more for this character and I know the reason behind his aggression. It's not because he is like that, but that's because the past influenced him to become like this. And I know that there's no such backstory to sadden me like this one.
