What works best is that the movie is written in such a simple manner that, even without spoon-feeding, viewers can fully grasp the financial terms. With all the fraudulent acts the lead attempts to pull off, you are bound to sit on the edge of your seat with bated breath. The narrative takes you on a rollercoaster ride of emotions, navigating the character's highs and lows.

Dulquer Salmaan completely embodies the character. This simple-looking yet layered role is made believable through his honest portrayal. For the superstar that he is and given his relatively young age, it is commendable how he adapts to playing an older man with grey hair and a young child. Meenakshi Chaudhary, despite limited screen time, provides solid support. Every small or big character plays their part brilliantly.

To recreate the 90s, the art department has done a commendable job, making the setting look authentic. The BGM and songs enhance the overall aura of the film. The climactic twist is something you won't see coming, and it works big time. Special mention must go to the costume designer for making Venky Alturi's world feel real.

This film truly deserves your time, and you can be sure that you will be thoroughly entertained. It's a movie with a strong plot, solid performances, and thrilling moments-everything you've been looking for.

I watched the Hindi-dubbed version of Lucky Bashkar and was thoroughly impressed! The story is fast-paced, packed with twists, and keeps you hooked till the end. Bashkar's transformation from an unlucky gambler to a brilliant strategist is quite exciting, with well-developed characters adding depth to the narrative.

The final gamble, where Bashkar outsmarts his rivals, was a thrilling highlight, and the emotional climax left a lasting impact. The background score perfectly enhances the tension and drama, making the experience even better.

If you enjoy smart, gripping thrillers, Lucky Bashkar is a must-watch! The Hindi dubbing was seamless and didn't compromise the film's intensity.

An intriguing drama brilliantly conveying how money can change the life of an Indian middle class common man.

The plot of the story revolves around Baskhar,a bank cashier on how he cleverly uses the public money in the bank and how he takes advantage of the fraudulent financial scams in the country.

Exceptional story telling by Venky Atluri through a tight bound screenplay keeping the audience hooked to the screen. The first half of the movie portrays the minor crimes in the financial sector and the latter half shows how shallow the financial scams can affect the economy.

Venky has brewed family emotions, responsibilities and burdens of a middle class salaried man brilliantly to the story and gives the viewers a better insight visually on how money can be differentiated both as a need and desire.

Hats off to Venky & team for the phenomenal casting in the movie especially the characters in the bank premises giving avenues for their performances. DQ has spectacularly played the role of Bhaskar and his character arc is evident through distinct layers across the movie. Lucky Baskhar will be marked as one of the best performances in his filmography. Impressive performances by Meenakshi Choudhary,Sachin Khedekar & Ramki.

Splendid cinematography by Nimish Ravi marks his name in the Telugu industry and accurate cuts on the editing table by Navin Nooli gives a visual delight to the audience. Good music & BGM's by G V Prakash Kumar and the brilliant setting of the Mumbai streets and the bank by Benglann is worth mentioning.

A must watch movie in theatres for an engaging and entertaining show by Venky & DQ.

The ultimate fantasy of an Indian middle-class man. There's really no other way to describe this movie. The story or even the presentation may not be anything new but it is designed to entertain the audience as a total commercial movie even without any action or item songs that are expected out of one, especially from the Telugu industry. Usually, I never choose to watch a dubbed movie, but Dulquer being a Malayali and the almost 60% or something dialogues in the movie coming from him helped make it not feel too much of a dubbed movie and didn't make me regret not traveling a 100 km to watch in the original Telugu language. When it is well made, movies like this that touch a chord with the middle-class struggle and show where they can reach from there will always work with the audience. But it's also good to remember this is all a fantasy because most are not Lucky Baskhars and even when some get lucky like that, they end up more like Harshad Mehta.
