the temptation

It seems a theater play. With impressive, powerful message. A simple one . A piece of gold. Two men. And the other proposing a temptation proof in the manner of modern Mefisto. The performances, the night, the fire, the dialogue are admirable. Film about an option, it gives beautiful work reflected by seductive gem. Seductive, not doubts, for its challenge to the viewer looking for his answer.

Golffield was shot in a real 1850's goldfield in Metcalfe (Eastern Victoria). Shooting at night, the actors and crew had to be very careful not to fall down any of the deep hand dug mine shafts that were still abundant throughout the location.
