"City Rush 4" is an exciting independent action crime science fiction movie with a great story, great characters, great dialogues, good camera work, great art direction, fantastic music, with a main composer who worked on Oscar-winning and nominated movies, excellent editing and great special effects!
The actors and actresses almost always play first class, and it also features again, like in the 3rd, an Oscar and Golden Globe nominated Hollywood legend!
"City Rush 4" is even better than its prequels, and it is really good for its low budget! Due to the budget, there are some technical weaknesses, but that doesn't detract from the enjoyment. Unfortunately, it's also a bit short because of that.

City Rush 4 as I indicated is a splendid and well crafted film with vision.
George Tounas has indeed made an exciting and brilliant film thanks to the People he worked with his imagination and creativity, this film has some elements in it that is similar to the film 'minority report,' yes it does when I view it the spell bounding special effects and the creativity mixed with cinema photography compared to his other work,I put city Rush 4 much higher and he has mature as a director he has included sponsorship which his other films did not include.
The female characters have more combat skills and the actors all speak in english for a German film .💯. Brilliant.
