Don't except great entertainment because it's not an entertainer. It's a life of a great person who walked on the lands we currently live in.

Veerashaiva acharanes are shown very authentically and precisely. It'll be a great documentary for many generations to come.

He is truly a viragi and his life is a living example of how mathas works for the betterment of the society through thrividha dasoha. He is an inspiration for an entire humanity on how a man can achieve extraordinary things by putting society ahead of self. This movie should be watched by one and all. The director has done a great job by depicting the true events happened in the life of swamiji. He has done good research about swamiji as it can be seen from the screen play and the dialogues. Lead actor Suchendra Prasad sir has done a great justice to the role of Swamiji. There are several Swamiji's acted in this movies to get the natural touch for some scenes. Usage of vachanas and Nijaguna shivayogis songs is another highlight of the movie. Shree Manikanth kadri done a great job with melodious Music score. Nodalagade song is superbly composed and sung by Pandit Soragavi sir!!! Its a master piece and highlight of the movie. He deserves an award for his blissful singing. Over all a great experience watching this movie.

Viratapura Viraagi tells the life story of His Holiness Shri Hanagal Kumar Mahaswamiji and how he dedicated his life for the service and upliftment of humanity. In these modern times, it is really important for our generation to know, understand and follow the teachings of such a great saint.

The performances in the movie are outstanding, particularly Shri Suchendra Prasad as Shri Hanagal Kumar Swamiji and Shri Jadeya Shantlingeshwar Mahaswamiji as Yalandur Basavalinga Mahaswamiji. The interactions between them are some of the most powerful moments in the film.

Watching the movie is a divine experience in itself, brilliant direction, beautiful music and great acting makes this movie a masterpiece. There are so many scenes which are so deep, emotional and heart touching that the viewer is reduced to tears.
