Great acting by Darshan as Sangolli Ryanna and superb direction. Some facts about Sangolli Rayanna: He was inteestinglt born on 15th August and died on 26th January.He was a prominent warrior from Chittor(Karnataka, India). The British army had to find a cunning way to capture him and then sentenced him as cowards.Even the great chennamma was killed by the British by lying to her that Rayanna was dead.she killed herself by consuming poison.A banyan tree is planted with some of his ashes and the tree is very well grown toady.The district is now called as "Belgaum".A big salute the great warrior from Karnataka!

Great historical movie. Knew d story of rayanna but Darshan acting made it very effective. Super acting of Darshan. Just loved it. Became a great fan of him. Must watch movie for all.
