Avis à la une
This film has hilarious moments, rooted in slapstick humor with a ton of impressive improvisation from some of the most iconic cast members of Wild N Out. The entire movie is fast paced. It goes by quick, and never stops. Justina shines by effortlessly playing multiple characters all a part of the same family, reminiscent of Eddie Murphy's iconic roles in "The Nutty Professor." The Italian feast of the seven fishes dinner scene is particularly memorable, reaching peak entertainment levels. Beyond its comedic charm, the movie also has heart, leaving viewers with a cozy, toasty feeling by the end.
A fun holiday movie with a great cast that will keep you laughing. Great seeing Nick Cannon, DC Youngfly, Perez Hilton, Renee Graziano and so many others! Justina Valentine proves that while playing various characters that her bag of skills go far beyond her rapping and freestyle abilities. Not only her acting, but the screenwriting and directing demonstrate her drive to branch out. The dinner scene is great. The overall movie isn't tremendously long (I could make the argument not long enough!) It's a movie everyone is bound to love and should be a must see during the holidays. Grab your popcorn and maybe some tissues to wipe those tears from laughing so hard and enjoy!!
If you are a Wild n Out fan this movie will get you hook line & sinker. Everyone is getting roasted through out the movie, with the Grandpa (Nonno) being the main offender. I love how Justina brought all her celebrity friends together for this movie. And I can say before this movie I knew her mostly for her rapping and hosting (Huge fan of her Feminem album & I love when she hosts the Jersey Shore reunions), but after seeing this I really got a look at her acting skill! She played herself, Nonno, Nonna, wacky cousin Gianna, an executive, and a magical elf. This definitely gave me female Eddie Murphy! This is a must see for the holidays!
Fuhgeddabout Christmas is a fresh, hilarious holiday movie that brings a ton of heart and laughs to the season. Mixing classic Christmas charm with a bold, street-smart sense of humor, it's a festive ride that stands out from the usual holiday fare. The cast is charismatic and genuinely funny, delivering sharp dialogue and heartfelt moments with ease. There's a real warmth underneath all the wisecracks, making it perfect for audiences who want their Christmas spirit with a side of attitude. Fuhgeddabout Christmas isn't just funny-it's full of heart, family, and a whole lot of unforgettable holiday cheer. And being an avid rap fan it did not disappoint!!
I was hesitant when i saw this. But I am an MTV and Wildin out fan so I gave it a whirl. The movie is fun, feel and doesn't take itself too seriously. It brought the laughs and the heart. It's loud, it's festive, and it's full of personality. The mix of Italian American family chaos and holiday spirit totally works, and the cast keeps the energy high the whole way through. I'm also Italian so it reminded me of my own family! Justina Valentine is a standout. I was impressed she was able to pull off all those characters. It showed a lot of range. It's not your typical Christmas movie, but that's what makes it so entertaining. If you want something different with good vibes and some wildness, this one's worth a watch.
