I'd give this movie a solid 8/10. It is among the most violent movies I've ever come across and THE best 3D animated movie from Japan I can currently think of. It's only 70 odd minutes long and well worth your time - give it a go!

The animation style takes a little getting used to, but it isn't long before you no longer notice it. I watched the movie about 3 times in a row when I first saw it. Beautiful and heartbreaking.
