Love the story! The balance between drama, storyline, comedy and romance is perfect!
There is nothing I want to add or remove from the story, all the characters will slowly show their true self and you can be connected with them as you're watching this drama
And the main female role, she is amaziiing!! I mean her acting skill is another level! She created her own version of a cheerful character which is too realistic it s not at all like others, has her own character and this truly made me a fan.
I think this will be a hit for sure, cant wait to see how is the ending but so far I'm really enjoying it!
Thanks.

Korean Drama " Cheer Up " is a college, youthful drama with a dush of mystery.
The love story is pretty basic, and the love triangle was boring and had no intensity. However, the youthful vibes and the chemistry of the leads made up for it.
On the other hand, the mystery was a huge miss. It was dark and creepy at first, but was a big let down in the end. It was also pushed aside by the rest of the plotlines, thus, being unevenly paced and all over the place.
The chearing team had its moments also.
The performances, however, were all pretty nice and enjoyable, especially by the female lead.
So, overall, six out of ten.

Well, the drama certainly failed to cheer me up. The entire show was manufactured to be a spectacular disaster. There was no one major issue that held it back but rather a complete systematic failure. Starting from the top of the pyramid, about 80% of the cast members were barely surviving to remain functional. In equal terms, about 80% of the characters were generic youth NPCs from a modern lens. Speaking of characters, how did the writer think that writing the female lead this way was appealing in the slightest? It's baffling! That's also applicable to her cheap copy-cat, Joo Sun Ja, sharing the same revolting DNA. Moving on to relationships, pairs, ex-lovers, triangles, and squares, all of which can be tagged as insufferable spectacles. The reason why the drama added the mystery side plot is because it was unbelievably dry and was in desperate need for something supplementary to help creating the illusion that something is actually happening. It wouldn't have been bad if it served a functional purpose with the overarching narrative. Now, this is a drama about cheering and dancing but this had the worst moves I've ever seen in this context. It was nothing more than choreographed performances by PE teacher for elementary kids. It's seriously bad and embarrassing! Especially when it's coming from Kpop-land. Obviously, there were a lot more to be said but these were some of the highlights. The writer worked on both V. I. P (2019) and this drama, a solid bad track record so far, should be very cautious with future projects.
This kdrama series was actually better than I thought it would be. Though it's meant for the younger viewers I thought to give it a go and I actually enjoyed it. The main actress Han Ji-Hyun made it enjoyable. How she portrayed the character in this drama was phenomenal. Totally different from when she was in the drama series Penthouse. You can't but enjoy and love her character. I even enjoyed watching main character's mother in this series. She was entertaining as well!
The drama is very fun to watch. A comedy that will make you laugh for sure. Give it a try. You might like it you might not but it not a waste of time if you watch it though.

This series has many very funny scenes. I laught a lot. Hae-yi is hilarious. And her best friend is so fun and cute as well. Also her mom is funny.
Such beautiful relationships shown in this series. Besides a romantic relationship, also the family and friendship relationship were very important.
Han Ji-hyun did a great job. The funny scenes were great, but there were some emotional ones as well and she managed to show us some real emotions.
I didn't get a wow-feeling from the romantic part of the series though. Hae-yi and Jun-woo had zero chemistry. A pity cause for me that's a must in a romantic series.
The ending is really a feel good moment.
