Jo Koy: Live from the Los Angeles Forum

Jo Koy is a very funny and endearing comic. His stand up stories about his life and family are self-effacing and funny. His jokes about Filipino family life and Asian culture are revealing and funny. Koy has had several specials of different natures since his first big one on Netflix in Seattle. This one is is his second best. He plays very well with the audience, and he manages to engage them in a personal way, even in a forum as big as the one in Los Angeles where this one was filmed. Boy takes some time ion this one to handle post-COVID life, his son-a usual target- and his relationship with Netflix over the years. Koy is a great comedian and this special is worth seeing.

Funniest special so far!!! Could not stop laughing. Highly recommend! He really has a gift, I have not found a funnier comedian out there hands down. I love how he brings stage presence with audience interaction and impeccable timing. I was scared to have a stroke from laughing so hard in this one.

Love everything about JoKoy! I don't know how anyone can not laugh at his performance to be honest. Every joke right from the start was remarkable. Pandemic to 80's- 90's growing up to health conditions. He is a legend and will go down as such! Stand up comedy at its best. Keep doing what you do Jo! We love you!!!

I have followed and loved Jo Koy for a long time. This special was only comedy for about half the show then a full tantrum about not being picked up by Netflix for what seemed like an hour.

Jo, what do you say to comedians like Jorge Lopez, Carlos Mencia, Russel Peters, the Kings of Comedy and a slew of other comedians who aren't white and have had specials on Netflix and network TV shows. Someone saying no to you isn't systemic racism its just life. Honestly the special who asked you not to have the accent was probably worried about getting fined or canceled because of your joke. You have lived in LA to long.

Please you fans are begging you to do comedy, we love comedy to laugh and get away from reality not to hear a Joe Biden 60 minutes interview.

Jokoy's the best when making people laugh and engaging with them. New stories, same funny voice and great personality! I still love the way he impersonates his mom, and connecting with different cultures/races.

He can make you laugh so hard but then appreciate his talent. Might not be the best stand up comedian, but he's top tier right now.

Disappointing actually. His previous shows were excellent. He takes a very anti-mask perspective which is bordeline pushing a fake news agenda. If masks dont work when why do surgeons and nurses wear masks? His jokes now are becoming more and more low IQ, tailoring to the ignorant more and more. Whereas before his jokes were more funny.

America really had the whole pandemic management in a mess. I have asthma and out doctors all advise us to wear a mask in high infection areas like hospitals or during pandemic .

Jokoy with his tippex teeth now is just not as great as it used to be. Very disappointing.
