I was sceptical about this, as mostly I dislike the idea that disabled people need 'special clothes' (unless you are of short stature, or your shape is more unusual, normal clothes just need tweaking...I've done it myself). We all sit most of the time! Office workers don't need sit down clothes, we naturally buy clothes that are more comfy to sit in instead.

I personally felt that the clothes on this program that were made, were not stylish or well designed. As a disabled person I'd never wear any of them. They weren't elegant. There was some funny ideas also, like a long skirt with just the front, nothing on the back. In reality this would just blow upwards. And legs would be exposed and people would see this.

We don't need special clothes. Tweaked clothes, however yes, absolutely. Adapting high street clothes is a good idea. But most seamstresses do this, it's nothing new. But if the program was instead about how to tweak high street clothes, it would have been better. E. G. How to put a zip in for a feeding tube, how to add a stretchy panel, how to shorten or remove arms etc.

That said, I did quite like the presenters, the bright colours of the set and people that came in to be styled. Just not the clothes and shoes on the program.

However that said, we do need more disabled people on TV. But rather than a special program about them, just have them in all shows as it should be.
