Avis à la une
To say that the animation of "Kiara the Brave" is bad is a HUGE understatement. It's absolutely abysmal. In fact, if a student in an art college produced this, the school would probably dismiss them and disavow all knowledge of them! While it might have looked pretty good about 1990 (before "Toy Story"), for 2011 it looks like crap. Really bright, garish and poorly rendered crap! If the animation isn't bad enough, the story itself looks like something you'd come up with during an acid trip. None of it makes the least bit of sense and would be of interest only to the dumbest and least demanding children.
Now this brings me to the interesting part. Although the cover art APPEARS to be a rip-off of Pixar's new film, "Brave", the film actually has NOTHING to do with this...NOTHING! All in all, there is not one thing to recommend this film. It is bad, amateurish and painful to watch. I really wish I could give this one a zero!

Based on what I know of, when it comes to ratings and reviews, Indians love this movie. To them, it's a great film for kids. But to us, it's an ugly, poorly animated, poorly told story of some boy superhero who learns to control his powers, and they referenced Einstein in it. For some reason.
So to get it right off the bat, this movie was never about the girl. She's essentially a side character. And speaking of characters, the designs are bad, but they don't really reuse models. Everyone looks distinctive enough to where I think they could be identified through silhouette. And some of them actually look kind of acceptable, like said girl. And that boy with the big nose and bangs.i
The story is confusing. We go from some lab, thing to a tree home, to the palace to what they call, the netherworld, and this movie is insane. There's one scene that's just ripped from one of the Pirates of the Caribbean movies. There's no point to it, it's just there.
There's two English dubs. One was the American release that went under the Brave rip off disguise, and the other was recorded in India and released alongside the Hindi version on Yahoo India's Movieplex service. And for the Hindi version, it honestly sounds like they tried at least. Again, going back to the girl, it sounds like she's actively engaged in the role. When she's supposed to be happy, she sounds happy. When she's supposed to be distressed and sad, she sounds distressed and sad. Now for the English dub from India, it sounds like they cared less. And the American English dub sounds better because, well, they're not brought down by the Indian accents and stuff.
The music is actually kind of well composed. Some of it doesn't fit the scenes they're in, but some of the compositions actually kind of got stuck in my head. Eh.
Now the animation. It's jerky, the lip syncing doesn't match the voices, it's stilted, weird, ugly, but it appears that they put more effort into the clothing physics. Maybe too much effort into the clothing physics.
I don't know where this is going, I'll just end it. Overall, it's a bad movie, but it's a great movie because of how bad it is. And again, I bet an Indian kid, or even the whole family if you're crazy enough would love this movie. It has their "right" amount of action, comedy, uh, good characters, good character designs, maybe a good story, if you'd like to call it that, and personally, I'd think they'd like this movie. I give it a 10/10. I don't know.

Amazing animation, likeable characters, cool action sequences and highly detailed character designs. Also an epic story.
During a road trip I took as a child, I watched a movie called Kiara the Brave. The movie was not to my liking, and I would give it a 1 out of 10 star rating.
The storyline could have been more robust and better communicated, making it easier to follow. Additionally, the characters needed more depth and development, which made it hard for me to connect with them and care about their journey.
Moreover, the animation quality could have been better than that of other animated films I've seen. I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail and the overall lackluster visuals.
As someone who enjoys watching animated movies, I was disappointed by Kiara the Brave's shortcomings. I cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a quality animated movie experience, as it falls short in many areas.

How did Phase 4 Films Think Kiara is the Main Character? Kloud IS!!! The Animation looks like a Shovelware Wii Game. There's a Vacuum Cleaner and a Computer that the Wizard Uses in the Medieval Kingdom, What time period does this Movie take place in? 2000, 2025, 1996? Action scenes look Bad. I remembered watching with my Brother in my Parents Room. Just stay away from this and Go watch the Simpsons Movie, That Movie is way better than this Movie.
