I personally felt , it was quite compelling, the comedy was quite nice , the characters too , it wasnt a serious anime from the start , the fan service was nice , even though i personally am not a fan of those shenanigans, but definitely worth it to watch it on those boring days , made me laugh on one of my worst days. I am looking forward to season 2 , the show does imply that the demon king is a demon queen and a bit of romantic interest between the demon queen and the hero , but its quite vague , so im looking forward to the adventures of the hero and the demon queen and what lies ahead. Also the reviews doesn't serve the show right , even though its not the best but 6/10 is definitely lower than it deserves , i personally think its a 71/2 or 8 out of 10 , so i gave it an 8 .

I was surprised to see the "Level 1 Demon Lord and the One Room Hero" have low ratings. Also not as popular as I thought.

It is a great and funny show about a big, scary demon defeated by a hero.

And, years later, he revives as a tiny, cute girl and finds out the hero is now a loser, and these two became good friends.

And also, there is a ghost or a demon spirit living in the hero's closet. And it was very interesting to me. I want to know what will happen to that ghost in the future.

I enjoyed watching this anime, and I hope some day we get another season.

Sadly, based on this rating, I doubt that.

I could barely get through one episode of this anime. The main character is an otaku, which is fine, but the supporting cast is bizarre: a little girl (maou) and a middle-aged woman . What's worse, the entire anime takes place in the main character's room. No other locations, no sense of adventure-just four walls and stale conversations. The characters lack depth, the plot goes nowhere, and the setting is suffocating. I wanted to like it, but I couldn't. One episode was more than enough.

Also felt depressing that this is a reflection of reality for some people out there . Maybe this written in that way ?
