Avis à la une
Story is about one sided love and the whole drama evolves around how the male lead ( Park hyung sik) feels, cares for her. I felt kind of sad while watching because of the Park Hyung sik unnoticed love and care. However, it has a happy ending so it feels wholesome at the end.
So,this drama seems pretty okay as it has only 4 episodes . But,there isn't much to offer and nothing is new in this, kind of story that we already watched somewhere in K drama's.

Soundtrack#1 is a romantic work that was as beautiful and exquisite as a picture, with everything in its place to the point, however it was a shame that it couldn't last for many episodes, which might have been a better treatment in terms of character development and relationship of friendship to love exposure.
The drama has a good soundtrack, soothing and alleviating oneself from any sadness, to create a good mood. Soundtrack #1 elicited sympathy from viewers by depicting the romantic story of 'between love and friendship' in a cute manner, bearing satisfactory results, although it could have been much more than that.
The major point missing in the drama was the connection they formed, their past wasn't much explored, how they connected and 20 years later, the bond still prevailed. This could have had a major impact in the story which otherwise ended with a very simple and cliche ending.
My Rating : 6.5/10.

SOUNDTRACK NO 1 is a sweet story about friendship & romance. It's a simple idea, but it's carried out with panache & style. This is a short but effective Kdrama that makes the most of its limited screen time, leaving you wanting more at every turn. SOUNDTRACK NO 1 reunites two best friends who have been friends since high school.
The setup is extremely straightforward, with a solid foundation. The angst, the stare, the EVERYONE CAN SEE HIS LOVE FOR HER BUT SHE DOES NOT, the subtle acts of care - they're all heart-warming & adorable.
The pairing of Han So Hee & Park Hyung Sik is unlikely, but the casting director made the right choice. Following their action-packed dramas (MY NAME & HAPPINESS), we get to see both of them in a more relaxed setting, showcasing their versatility as actors. I can't get enough of Han So Hee's performance. The portrayal of her role is AMAZING. I adore her bubbly character. And again, Hyung Sik is back with another gentle male lead character. He's a brilliant actor who can captivate his audience & easily transport his emotions & thoughts to us through his excellent acting skills. I've to admit, the chemistry between the leads was MADLY ELECTRIFYING.
Although I wish it were longer or had more episodes, this story doesn't waste a second of its running time, cutting in & out while telling its story effectively & with a lot of cool visual cues & solid OSTs to boot through only four episodes. So, while I wish we saw more of these two characters, I understand.
No spoilers here but SOUNDTRACK NO 1 rounds out its story beautifully. This drama is best compared to a riveting short story. I was captured by the words & the emotions, stringing along to the end but then surprised to find it over just as quickly as I began.
In short, It's hard not to like what SOUNDTRACK NO 1 offers. It's a simple, effective drama & a good gateway into Korean content if you've never watched one of these dramas before. With good writing, strong characters & a couple of excellent songs on the OST, SOUNDTRACK NO 1 stays in-key & delivers its four-track ensemble with beautiful grace. This is one of the better dramas of 2022.

I cant even remember if I have done a imdb review before but I definetly feel that this needs one. I have watched 20+ k-dramas over the course of 2.5 years and this title is fighting for the top spot.
As mention in other reviews the scenery and acting really is amazing. I really feel like this series was ment to be a movie but they extended it to give it more room to grow and it really did!
The story turns out to be quite generic but wow, I was still constantly on my toes and I really felt a connection to the happenings in the series, in a way that is so hard to put forward.
One thing in detail that stod out to me is that when things get little bit sour and I get little bit mad/sad, it quickly turns back and gives me the actions of the characters that I would like to see. The actions to make me happy again and proud to see that there are some writers/directors out there that seams to share my feelings.
The only reason this isnt getting 10 stars is because I would have liked to change the ending. The ending need to have more of a klimax, one that gives us dramatically exactly what we were waiting for in an unexpected way.

Han Seon Woo played by Park Hyung-sik is a successful photographer who has been in love for a long time with a friend of nearly twenty years (actually nineteen) but has never told her for fear of losing their friendship. Lee Eunsu played by Han So-hee is the friend who is a successful lyric writer and is oblivious to his feelings but is not aware of how important he is in her life. It is only four episodes and has a small supporting cast but the story is well told and all the actors do a great job particularly the leads. It is an enjoyable watch with a delightful soundtrack so I would recommend if you want a light romantic drama.
