A Nanny's Revenge

A Nanny's Revenge was a action pack movie full of twist and turns to the story's plot. Laurie Fortier's (Maddy) performance was outstanding. The way she showed different emotions and made the twist and turns was remarkable. The cinematography for this film was absolutely stunning. The locations were beautiful. I recommend this movie to everyone if you enjoy a good suspenseful story. I am very confused why this movie is not on Lifetime. Completely the Lifetime style. Lifetime.... You need to do better and add this to your play list. Your viewers will not be disappointed at all. I definitely recommend A Nanny's Revenge if you are looking for suspense.

I know TV Movies do not have stellar acting. But the acting in this movie was uniquely horrible.

I admit when I started watching I thought I was watching Lifetime. When I noticed weird stuff like the sound editing being off, terrible script writing, weird casting, and confusing characters, I googled the movie's name and realized actually I was watching Tubi. I try to avoid Tubi movies because they are not good. But anyway even for a Tubi movie this is pretty bad.

I watched about an hour and turned it off. The plot was all over the place. I mean how hard is it to get a nanny revenge plot right? It is pretty formulaic. Yet this plot had all kind of side stories and really two main sinister antagonists, not just the nanny was the bad person. It was just weird. I realized I didn't even care what happened to the characters.

This is teeeerrriiiiibbbbllleeee. I'm used to lifetime movies so I truly know bad acting and this was BEYOND. The acting was so annoying it put me in a really crappy mood and I had to turn it off. The couple that did the hiring ... come on, you couldn't find better actors? She was terrible. Please. Ugh. The emotions didn't match the dialogue and it was stilted and choppy. The "nanny" was definitely in a different league. She was good and I've seen her in many movies. Please hold more auditions next time around so I'm not in such a bad mood when I'm trying to relax and enjoy a movie on a Saturday afternoon!

OMG! I've seen better acting at a 4th grade recital where the kids are fed each line before saying them. Caia Coley(director's wife), made all the "I'm crying" facial expressions for almost 10 minutes without a single glassy red eye or tear, on more than one occasion. The parents must have had their kids in their 50s. They aren't believable in the slightest.

All the good reviews on here, I'm guessing they are paid endorsements from the production company.

I'll be fair though, there are TWO really good parts.... The anticipation of waiting for it to start... AND... The relief that it's over..

This is not one of these typical lifetime movies you can predict how the movie's end is like.

I honestly didn't expect the ending like that and I really could relate to how terrible experience Maddie had to go through and her childhood was torture which really upset me and mad me feel sad.

It was very unexpected that Wendy gave Maddie such an unconditional love and they maintained their sisterhood even after Maddie ended up in jail. I thought her father was saved but may be not thats why she ended up in jail? The baby Maddie carries is Jonathan's I assume. Wendy still took the value of the sisterhood with Maddie and it was beautiful ending which made me cry. Worth watching!
