This month is a pretty light one for Disney+ releases, but there are still some exciting offerings for subscribers. Star Wars fans both young and young at heart will want to tune in to the second season of both Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures (Shorts) and Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures.

BTS fans have the premiere of the reality series Are You Sure?! to look forward to in August. This series follows Jimin and Jung Kook during the summer of 2023 as they go on an epic, unforgettable trip before their military enlistment.

Spend your summer at Disney+! It's a light month at the House of Mouse but still plenty of programming for younger audiences out of school for the summer! This August, catch the Season 2 premiere of "Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures," as well as Season 2 of its companion shorts series. Season 3 of "Marvel’s Spidey and his Amazing Friends" will also come to Disney+ this month with Team Spidey taking on Zola, Sandman, Doc Ock, and more.

On the live-action side, K-pop megastars Jimin and Jung Kook hit the road in “Are You Sure?!,” a new travel documentary series premiering on Disney+ this month that follows the BTS members on an unforgettable trip in Summer 2023 ahead of their military enlistment. Plus, catch up on the final season of Freeform’s “grown-ish,” Yara Shahidi, Marcus Scribner, Trevor Jackson, and more, which concluded its six-season run this past May.

If you’re like me, you spend a lot of August yelling “Summer is over!” to your nearest and dearest — and they don’t take kindly to that. Summer TV is in its twilight, while fall premieres loom on the horizon after the Emmy Awards on September 15.

But summer is not over, and there’s plenty of new titles to stream in the Disney bundle. Disney+ will premiere new Star Wars and “Winnie the Pooh” titles for kids, as well as the original series “Are You Sure?!” following BTS’s Jimin and Jung Kook.
