That rarest of low budget indies - Fun.

Definitely an independant film with a small budget, and they're not interested in convincing you that it isn't.

It's fun, and the people that did it like making movies.

That's probably my biggest ask when starting a show or a movie - just be something someone really wanted to make and they had fun making it.

"Mental Maggie" steals the show for a bit at the start while everyone finds their feet, and in the end they made a solid film, had a cast with some talent, and writing that wen't from eh to pretty good.

So if you've time to watch a very low budget independant Comedy/Horror this is actually a nice way to spend 92 minutes. I enjoyed it.
