Saale Aashiq

The performances of all actors are excellent. The chemistry between the lead actors Mithila Palkar and Tahir Raj Bhasin is very convincing. Even though this movie does not boast of an A-list starcast, it does deliver believable performances by all actors essaying their parts. Lookout for Chunkey Pandey's performance in a different avataar!

As far as the story is concerned, it goes on the lines of Love Hostel (2022). But the tables are turned post Intermission or first half of the movie (since it's a TV release). The twist brings its moments of thrill and keeps audiences hooked till the very end.

Directors Siddharth - Garima have made a visual treat with a storybook ending. A direct to TV release by SET Max was a good move for audiences. Worth a watch.

A superficial story with no depth. An immature script with only enough story to tell. There is no place for acting. Many scenes are inserted just to force the story forward. And it would have been better if the role of the heroine had been given to a mature looking woman. Mithila Palkar was not at all suitable for this role as her personality looks exactly like a teenager or a child artist. There is no seriousness in her acting. Tahir Raj's acting is good but his pairing with Mithila does not even stick. The script is good but it has been used very badly. Possibly if a good direction could save this but now it is a flop.
